Pack Your Instrument
Carefully place the instrument back into its original hard case and shipping box, ensuring all accessories and protective padding are included to prevent transit damage.
Ship to Wessex
Affix the provided return label or ship via a tracked courier to our designated service center, ensuring the package is fully insured for its retail value.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians have inspected the instrument for playability and condition, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
